It’s worth remembering that HQ is an online service; there’s no server to maintain, no special IT skills required, no backup or archive required and it can be used from anywhere. If you can see Google, then you can see HQ! You can use HQ from almost any PC, laptop, netbook, Mac, Linux, iPad, mobile phone or other device.

Storage Space
Over the years we have found that typical installations of HQ have used less than 1 Gbytes of storage per user. The only exceptions tend to be organisations who send and receive a lot of email – and therefore have large email storage requirements.
In the unlikely event that you do need to add storage then we offer two alternatives; either archive-off old material or buy additional storage space, as shown below.
